When responding to Yulista's request for quotation, you have accepted these documents by reference. You are encouraged to print and review the document(s) referenced in the request for quotation/proposal. Below are links to the documents for your review.

Quote information - This document is for our Vendors information as it is a mandatory U.S. Government Clause in any negotiated procurement with an expected value of $650,000.

General Purchase Order Terms and Conditions - These are Yulista's General Terms and Conditions by which our purchase orders are issued. Yulista Vendors are encouraged to download, read, and understand fully these terms and conditions. Should the Vendor have questions, you should contact the Yulista point of contact listed on the request for quotation /proposal.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Government Orders - These are U.S. Government clauses not references in Supplement 1 or Supplement 2.

JVYS Additional Terms and Conditions - These U.S. Government Terms and Conditions (clauses) are specific to Yulista's Prime Government contract which are identified on each line item of the request for quotation/proposal.

PIF JVYS Supplier Quality System Requirements - These U.S. Government Quality System Requirements as they relate to Redstone Arsenals Prototype Integration Facility are specific to Yulista's Prime Government contract.

Procurement Quality Terms and Requirements - As an ISO registered company, Yulista must maintain high standards such as the incorporation of these requirements.
