Some, or all, of the documents listed below may be referenced in a Yulista purchase order. By accepting the purchase order, the vendor has agreed to abide by the documents referenced on the purchase order. Our vendors are encouraged to read and understand these documents.

Standard Terms and Conditions for Commercial Orders - These are Yulista’s General Terms and Conditions from which our purchase orders are issued. Yulista vendors are encouraged to download, read, and understand fully these terms and conditions. Should questions arise, contact the Yulista Buyer who is listed as the point of contact on the purchase order.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Government Orders - These are U.S. Government-required clauses.

JVYS Additional Terms and Conditions - These U.S. Government Terms and Conditions (clauses) are specific to Yulista’s prime government contract which flow down to the purchase order issued.

PIF JVYS Supplier Quality System Requirements - These are U.S. Government Quality System Requirements as they relate to Redstone Arsenal’s Prototype Integration Facility and are specific to Yulista's prime government contract.

Purchase Order Quality Terms & Conditions - As a government contractor, Yulista must maintain high standards, such as the incorporation of these Terms and Conditions.
